Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non refundable!

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us at shoplittleroseandco@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your full-priced item in the event of a manufacturing defect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to include photos of the item to show the defect. Please remember that all of our items are handmade and slight imperfections are to be expected. 

Ito be eligible for a refund in the event of a manufacturing defect, the item must be in the original clear plastic packaging, unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached. We will send you a return shipping label to send us the item back, but the item must be shipped back to us within 5 business days. If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you after receiving and inspecting the defective item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you store credit. Failure to return the item back within the 5 business days will result in the item no longer being eligible for a return/exchange.
